Lighter Side
Pittsboro Pilsner [5.0%]
A classic, crisp, and clean traditional European Pilsner made with German malt, yeast, and German Magnum hops for bittering. Finished with Czech Saaz hops.
Bray Park Lager [4.2%]
A light and refreshing American lager made with Pilsner malt and flaked rice. Lightly hopped with German Hallertau.
Sunrise Wheat [5.0%]
Get your morning on with a beautiful SunRise! A clean, crisp, citrusy American Wheat made with Amarillo hops, Citra hops, and sweet orange peel. The perfect summer crusher!
Skull Pucker Sour [4.5%]
A bright Gose/Berliner Weiss beer made with rotating assorted fruit.
IPA/Pale Ales
Pressure Drop Hazy IPA [7.2%]
Our core Hazy IPA made with domestic 2row malt, wheat, flaked oats, and a variety of hops including Amarillo, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra. Occasionally made with assorted fruits, commonly Mango.
California Dreaming IPA [7.0%]
A play on the West-Coast IPA style that shows off more modern IPA flavors, including stone fruit and a touch of pine with a bitter finish. Made with domestic 2row and crystal malt, and a variety of hops including Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra.
Pushing Daisies Pale Ale [5.8%]
Thirsty Skull’s first beer! A generously hopped Pale Ale (Columbus, Centennial, and Mosaic) with a malt base of Golden Promise.
Darker Side
Drunkle Fred [5.1%]
A traditional German Munich-style Dunkel (Dark Lager) that has extra malty flavors from dark Munich malt with notes of fig, cocoa, and plum. Made with Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops.
Deep Chatham Porter [6.0%]
This robust porter is made by combining Chocolate, Brown, Black, and Crystal malts to bring out notes of dark chocolate and coffee.
[Occasional Appearances]
Old School ESB [5.8%]
ESB = Extra Special Bitter (or Beer!). This stronger English Pale Ale has the coloring of an Amber but subtle floral hop notes from East Kent Golding and Fuggle. Made with English Crystal and Brown malt.
Adult Beverage Coffee Brown Ale [5.6%]
A slightly sweet American Brown Ale coupled with coffee from our local friends at Vortex Roasters. This beer gives you the best mix of your favorite Adult Beverage!
Jawbreaker Belgian Tripel [9.0%]
A classic Belgian-style beer brewed in the Abbaye style exhibiting subtle fruit and spice notes. You’ll find this beer to be light in color and mouthfeel.
Pineapple Pen Hazy Pale Ale [5.6%]
An ode to K-pop (PPAP). A light Hazy Pale Ale with a generous Pineapple addition. Thanks to the Pepperfest back in 2019, this beer can occasionally be found made with Scotch Bonnet Peppers to give it a kick!
All Rye’d Up IPA [6.8%]
A light Amber IPA with plenty of spicy rye flavor from flaked and standard rye malt. Well hopped with Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.
Keep It Odd IPA [6.0%]
A lighter crushable IPA with an emphasis on citrus leaning hop flavor. An old Pittsboro favorite as it was originally brewed by request from our friends at OddCo.
Cloudburst Session Hazy IPA [5.3%]
A lighter version of Pressure Drop with a twist of Galaxy as a dry hop addition.
Murky Depths Hazy DIPA [8.5%]
A strong Hazy Double IPA packed with hopped flavors. We brew this beer with close to four pounds of hops per barrel!
Penguin in Bondage DIPA [8.5%]
An assertive double IPA that has a distinct hop bitterness, reminiscent of old school American IPA’s. Made with plenty of Zappa hops and a somewhat recently discovered Neomexicanus hop variety that provides this beer flavor complexity Frank would appreciate.
Not Cho Pancakes Imperial Stout [11.0%]
An Imperial Stout based with five gallons of pure Maine maple syrup added to the fermentation stage. This beer is then finished with dried Pasilla and Arbol chilis to complement the residual syrup flavors left after the ferment.

Couch Surfing Kolsch [4.8%]
A light crushable ale made with German malt, hops, and yeast. Prost!
Red Rover IPA [6.2%]
A full-bodied American Amber Red IPA with a distinct malt profile. Made with classic Pacific Northwest hops such as Chinook and Cascade.
Fest Yourself Marzen [5.6%]
A malt forward Marzen made with German Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malt. Classically hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh. Perfect for Oktoberfest! Ein Prosit!
Hellcat Maggie’s Winter Warmer [7.5%]
A hearty, traditional English Ole Ale brewed for the colder months. Lightly finished with American Cascade hops.
Dead of Night Imperial Stout [10.0%]
A Russian-style Imperial Stout with an abundance of roasty malt characteristics. Made with Dark Crystal, Black, Roasted, and Chocolate malts.
